I am uncertain what it means to say that all should have received their emails.
I get, every few days, an email that tells me that feedblitz has been updated - is that the email to which you refer? There certainly has not been anything like a newsletter delivered, at least for me.
Unless you're tracking comments in a separate feed you won't be notified when comments are added; RSS feeds don't typically track new entries and comments.
For new entries you should get a mail - please contact support and they'll take care of you.
Sounds like you're monitoring the blog page instead of its feed - that can happen when there are no autodiscovery links in the page when you subscribe. Please contact support and they'll be able to resolve this for you.
